Happy Birthday to me!
Today is my birthday. I am now 24 years old. Hardly old, but not terribly young either. I think I'm going to like this age. In fact, I think this might be the age I want to stay at for several years. My career is steady but growing, I'm in love, and I have some amazing friends. What more could anyone really ask for in life? So cheers to a new year, and if I ever decide to be one of those people who lie about their age, I think I'll say 24. But then again, every year does seem to be getting better.

Hey...Happy (belated) Birthday!!! I'm so terrible about remembering friends' birthdays. I hope it was a good one!
I've been busy running around trying to get everything done for graduation...and...to further complicate matters...I have a new job!!! I'm super excited. It's a real, bonafide, full-time job. The youth agency T works for hired me as their quality assurance person. I get to proofread documents (which I love to do, actually) and make sure everything meets the standards and is properly filed. There is a little bit of pressure because if the agency gets audited it's my responsibility to be sure everything will check out okay-- but anyway, I can't wait to start.
I hope life in the big city is treating you well. : )
