I finally tried that enchiladas recipe I've been wanting to try for quite some time now. It turned out alright. I won't say they were fantastic, but they're pretty good.
Other than that, the only productive things I've done today were cleaning my kitchen and starting a load of laundry. The rest of the day was spent dreaming. I was awake, so not sleeping, but definitely dreaming. Dreaming about going to Australia, dreaming about moving to Portland, dreaming about many random other things. But accomplishing very, very little. *sigh* Oh well. I wouldn't feel so bad about being lazy, except that I feel that that's about all I've been lately. Except at work. I guess maybe I'm just burning myself out at work so that by the time I get home I have little energy left for much else. That seems a poor excuse on a Sunday, but then Sunday's are lazy days anyways, right? Hm.
I did go dancing last night. It was a lot of fun. And Melissa was there! She and I traded numbers this time so we can call each other when we want to go to Soraya. That way we'll feel more comfortable going. Yay!

No enchiladas in Oz??? How terrible is that!?! I guess there probably aren't too many Mexicans down under, are there? What kind of food to Ozzies eat anyways? Besides that weird yeasty concoction they spread on bread. (Which is actually pretty good.) Do Ozzies like spicy food?
